VIRTUAL CONFERENCE Panelist, Nicole McLaren Campbell

Nicole McLaren Campbell is an entrepreneur, strategist, educator, speaker, Amazon best-selling author and founder of the Goal Accelerator Club.

A graduate of Princeton University and the University of London's Schools of Advanced Study and African and Oriental Studies, Nicole fell in love with education. In 2010 she founded AIM Educational Services, which revolutionized the preparation of students for college.

"I found myself newly married, with two children under two and half the time to spend on my business and goals - I was frustrated, and knew I had to get better, so I started to study the core principles of productivity and success." As a female entrepreneur she found her time cut in half and was forced to become a "student of success." After researching, developing, systemizing and strategizing, Nicole founded Goal Accelerator - an avenue to offer empowerment and success coaching to individuals and businesses about improving personal productivity and achieving their goals. She has since started the Goal Accelerator Club - an online membership community that caters to women and their specific needs as it relates to goal achievement, and the Goal Accelerator Podcast which shares leadership and success principles from highly successful individuals with EVERYONE.

Nicole is co-founder of the Women Winning Now movement which has taken her to train sold out audiences in Toronto, New York, Miami and London. She serves on the Boards of the Early Childhood Commission and the CHASE Fund in Jamaica.

Regarded as one of the most influential voices on empowerment, education, parenting and entrepreneurship, McLaren Campbell was selected to speak at the Paris Headquarters of UNESCO as part of the Give1 Foundation Emerging Global Leaders Conference and presented with their Women In Leadership Award in 2017 and recognized by the highest office in Jamaica, that of the Governor General, when she was named a 2018 recipient of the Governor General's Award for Excellence in Achievement and Leadership. In 2019, she was appointed National Productivity Ambassador by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security in Jamaica.

She is wife to Jeffrey, mom to 8-year old LC, 7-year-old Joshua and 'bonus-mom' to 14-year-old Ally. A self-professed inspirational quote junkie, her personal motto is "AIM High and Be Bold" and her mission is to squeeze every ounce of life from life.
