The mission of the Jamaican Women of Florida is to empower women and girls of Jamaican descent through education, mentorship, and community engagement. 

OBJECTIVES

Empowerment and Education:

• Provide educational resources, scholarships, and opportunities for personal and professional development to women and girls of Jamaican descent.

• Host workshops, seminars, and conferences aimed at expanding knowledge and empowering the next generation of leaders.

Mentorship and Networking:

• Establish a strong network of Jamaican women to share experiences and support each other's growth and development.

• Create mentorship programs that connect experienced professionals with young women and students to foster career development and personal growth.

Community Engagement and Advocacy:

• Engage in community service initiatives that address the needs of the Jamaican community, particularly women and girls.

• Advocate for issues affecting Jamaican women and the broader Caribbean diaspora community.

Philanthropy and Giving Back:
