Nailah Wagner is an Executive Coach, Leadership Development Facilitator, and Consultant. A lifelong optimist, Nailah has always recognized and nurtured the potential in those around her. Fueled by her commitment to inspiring individual change, Nailah empowers her clients to navigate difficult leadership and career challenges, turn setbacks into successes and achieve the professional fulfillment and personal growth to which they aspire. As an Executive Coach, Nailah has a reputation for establishing nurturing and lasting relationships as both a trusted advisor and confidante. As an L&D facilitator and consultant, Nailah brings a global perspective having designed and delivered leadership development sessions across four continents to help transform her clients into highly effective and attuned leaders. Some of Nailah’s clients have included Delta Airlines, Kraft Heinz, General Electric, Harlem Children’s Zone, Morgan Stanley, Genentech, and Tata Communications.

Prior to leaping into entrepreneurship, Nailah was the Senior Director of Client Success, Faculty and Executive Coach at Mentora, the Institute for Life and Leadership. She spent time in academia, as an Executive MBA Career Coach at Emory University and guest lecturer at Columbia Business School, co-teaching the award-winning "Personal Leadership & Success" course. Nailah also brings traditional corporate experience, having managed global brands at Campbell Soup Company and numerous sales territories with Whirlpool Corporation. Nailah received her BA from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her MBA from Columbia Business School in New York.
